Zahra Tannous

ZAHRA TANNOUS (nee Daher) age 100; beloved wife of the late Haikel; loving mother of Bechara (wife Zeina); Hiam Farhat (husband Joseph) and Tony (wife Lana); devoted grandmother of John, Suzan, Robert, Samantha, Kathy Lekic (husband Boby), Karan Rohfeld (husband Joel), Paul and Leslie Farhat, Jennifer, Stephanie, Michael and Melissa; cherished sister of Caroline Kowkabanie and the late Youssef Daher, Najim Daher, Farizie Hanna and Chahenie Mohana and great-grandmother of 3; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Zahra was a resident of Highland Heights after moving from South Euclid in 2000. She was a member of St. Maron Catholic Church and participated in the Immaculate Conception Sodality Organization. Zahra enjoyed keeping her house, gardening and was a good cook. Her family will remember her as a loving woman who was loved by all who knew her.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 10 AM at St. Maron Catholic Church, 1245 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland. Burial following at Knollwood Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Zahra at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 4-8 PM. Prayers of Incense at 6 PM.
