WILLIAM R. STACHO age 67, beloved husband for 37 years of Linda (nee Notman); cherished son of the late Russell and Mary (nee Boscarello); dearest brother of Robert (wife Denny), Donna Booth (husband Ken), and Diane Stacho (fiance Steve); dear nephew, uncle, great-uncle, and cousin of many. Survived by his K-9 companion Hannah.
Bill was born on February 23, 1952 and passed away on August 2, 2019. He lived in Mayfield Heights for the past four years, previously Richmond Heights. He graduated from John Marshall High School in Cleveland in 1970, and earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and a master’s degree from Cleveland State University. Bill was a math teacher for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Cuyahoga Community College, and he was dedicated to his students. Bill loved to golf and travel, especially to Las Vegas and Arizona. When he was a young man he backpacked through Europe. Bill played guitar, and enjoyed classic rock like the Beatles, Rolling Stones, and Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young. Bill was outgoing and social, and he loved to make people laugh. Bill was devoted to his family, friends, and pets, and he will be greatly missed.

Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 from 1-4 PM at Hilton Garden Inn, 700 Beta Dr., Mayfield Village, OH 44143. “Rock on, Bill!” Arrangements by THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS.
