William S. Jirousek

WILLIAM S. JIROUSEK, age 85, was the dear husband for 62 years of Mel (Carmella Bontempo). He was the devoted father of Bill, Jr. (wife Carolyn), Mary Lee (Thellian) Hansmann (husband Jeff, MD) of Kohler, WI, Mike (wife Lauren), Patty, and Kathy Velotta (husband Chris). Proud Grandpa and “Papa” of Bill and Dave Jirousek, Danielle, Nicole and Megan Hansmann, Jim and Julianne Jirousek, Christopher, Nicholas and Michael Velotta and great-grandfather of Katie Rose, Lilly and Violet.

Cherished son of the late Stanley and Mary (nee Nemecek). Beloved brother of the late Leona Kutina (husband Frank, deceased) and Stanley. Great pal and brother-in-law of the late Angie and Joe Larrow, Tony “Nene” and Mickey Bontempo and Rosemary Panzica (husband Nacy). Dearest uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend of many.

The Jirousek family were members of St Margaret Mary Catholic Church in South Euclid for over 43 years.

Bill was a World War II U.S. Army-Air Corp Veteran.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at St. Clare Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at All Souls Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bill at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) MONDAY 2-4 and 5-8 PM.
