WILLIAM RICHARD SHIRLEY, dearly beloved husband for 42 years to Gail (nee Bitner), loving father of Scott, Jacqueline Smallwood (James) and Elizabeth Flute (Mark), precious grandfather of Alex, Matthew, Juliette and soon-to-arrive Jackson William, devoted son of Evelyn Shirley Foerst and the late John “Jack”, cherished brother of Robert (Bettye) and Thomas (Catherine), treasured uncle, great-uncle and friend to many.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11:00 AM.

Relatives and friends are also invited at attend the graveside services Monday, Aug. 29, 2011 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd., Rittman) at 11:15 AM.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bill at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD., (just East of Green Rd.) on Friday, August 26, 2011 from 2-4 AND 6-8 PM.
