WILDA L. CASARONA (nee Sutton), cherished wife of the late Vincent F.; loving mother of Carolyn DeMell (husband Albert), Shirley Kebhart (husband Kenneth), and Leigh Ann Sperk (husband James); devoted grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 12; survived by three siblings and preceded in death by one brother; dear aunt and great-aunt of many; dearest friend of June Bouha.
Wilda was born on September 10, 1927 in Huntsville, Arkansas and passed away September 5, 2018. She was a resident of Lyndhurst since 1953. Wilda married the love of her life, Vincent on October 7, 1945. She was a founding member of St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church since the parish was founded in 1953 and became a Eucharistic Minister. Wilda graduated from High School in Huntsville, Arkansas. She was a Supervisor of the Accounting and Assistant Treasurer of State Savings & Loan. Wilda Also worked at St. John Lutheran School in South Euclid as a Business Manager & Bookkeeper. Spending time with her husband, family, friends an especially her faithful feline companion Bradley was important to her. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, crafting, reading & gardening, all of which gave her a great deal of enjoyment in life.
Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Wilda at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) MONDAY 4 – 8 PM.
