Vincent A. Chiancone

Vincent A. “Uncle Vince” Chiancone, age 86. Beloved husband for 62 years of Mary D. (nee Trombetta). Loving father of the late Carol Jean Rushing. Devoted grandfather of Stephen Rushing, Nicole Carriero (husband Reeve), Rebecca Dalton (husband William) and great grandfather of Noelle, Amanda, William, Victoria, Monica, Michael and Vincent. Cherished son of the late Anthony, Sr and Ida (nee Finizza) Chiancone. Dearest brother of the late Charles (wife Theresa), Joseph (wife Jeanette), Dominic (wife Marie, deceased) and Anthony, Jr (wife Minnie). Dear uncle and great-uncle of many. World War II U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the V.F.W Post #3483 and the American Legion.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2010 at 9:30 AM at St Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. Interment following at Lake View Cemetery.

The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Vince at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on Friday, July 9, 2010 from 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 PM
