Valerie Wolf

VALERIE J. WOLF (nee Loser), aged 95 years, beloved wife of the late Albert, loving mother of Kenneth A., Robert G. (wife Terri) and the late Virginia Marie; devoted grandmother of Tina Bechtel (husband Jeff), Amy Lobdell (husband Robert), Wendy Rosenberg (husband Howard), Patrick, Kimberly, and great-grandmother of Nathan, Lindsey, Leslie, Robert, Matthew, Adam and Jillian, dearest sister of William Loser (wife Helen) (both deceased); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Valerie was born on January 4, 1922 and passed away on February 12, 2017. She was a resident of Mayfield Heights for the last 16 years, previously residing in Lyndhurst.  Valerie has been a member of St. Clare Catholic Church since 1961.  She was a member of the EOUV Austrian Club and the Gottscheer Country Club. Valerie loved to bake and made wonderful wedding cakes.  She also loved watching the Cavs and the Indians play.  Valerie was a fantastic mom, very determined and strong-willed and very handy.  She will be remembered as outgoing, with a great sense of humor and very giving.  Valerie will be greatly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, February 18, 2017, at St. Clare Catholic Church at 12 Noon. Burial following in All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Valerie at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 3-5 & 6-8 PM.
