Ursula LoGrasso Hinske, 93, passed away June 12, 2014 at The Briarwood Health Care Community, surrounded by her family. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, June 19, 1920, daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Mele LoGrasso. She was educated at John Hay High School and Murray Hill School in Cleveland.
She was married for 55 years to John S. Hinske who preceded her in death on January 22, 2000. Ursula is survived by her daughters Karen Hinske of Akron, Marilyn (Michael) Dewees of Avon Lake and Gloria (Peter) McCune of Fairlawn; grandchildren Christine (Hayward) Sims, David (Denise) and John Dewees and Jeffrey and Adam (fiancée Katie Walsh) McCune; great grandchildren Carrie and Allie Dewees; sisters-in-law Betty Dispinette and Rose Hinske; brother-in-law Thomas (Barbara) Hinske; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Her brother Thomas LoGrasso and her sisters Frances Ficano and Madalyn Reagan are deceased.
Her qualities of warmth, kindness, generosity and strength inspired and empowered the many people who loved her to have courage and be confident. By her example, she showed us how to always make the best of each situation. She was loved and will be missed by the many people whose lives she touched during her long and active life.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish at 11AM. Inurnment at Lake View Cemetery. Family will receive friends and pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Ursula at the church from 10-11AM.
