Timothy Bernatchez

TIMOTHY JOHN BERNATCHEZ age 67, beloved husband for 20 years of the late Debra (nee Magyar); loving father of Kelly Black (husband Christopher) and Nikki Allen (Justin Russell); devoted grandfather of Destany, Madelyn, Caiden, and Alleysia; cherished son of Ruth Bernatchez (nee Louden); dear brother of Lois Stropko (Joe Fisher), Carolyn Malycky (nee Bernatchez) (deceased), and James; dear uncle of many and friend of many.

Tim was born on January 17, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio. An engineer by trade, he was always tinkering or fixing something. You could find him in the garage working on his motorcycles or repairing just about anything. He loved riding his motorcycles, flying planes, and playing the drums. He also had a knack for solving the Rubik Cube in under 2 minutes and was always trying to beat his best times. Tim adored his family, including his dog companion Missy Pup. He was a man devoted to helping others and leading by good example through the choices that he made. On July 11, 2022, Tim passed away leaving those he loved missing him dearly.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Tim’s memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185 St., Cleveland, 44119.

Celebration of Life Service Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 5 PM at THE FUNERAL HOME.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Tim at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) SATURDAY 12-2 PM and 3-5 PM.
