THOMAS M. VARANESE, age 52; died peacefully October 25, 2009 surrounded by his family after his courageous journey with Leukemia; beloved husband for 31 years of Bonnie (nee Rieck); devoted father of Jacquie, Thomas J. (Erin Duchon) and Sarah Neff (husband Matthew); proudest grandfather of Andrew Vincent; dearest son of the late Carolyn (nee Pesuit) and Vincent; dear brother of David (wife Linda) and Sandra Parsons; loving son-in-law of Margaret and John (deceased) Rieck and brother-in-law of Daniel Rieck and the late Jack and Larry Rieck; cherished uncle of Marylee, Amy, Julie, Larry, Kyle, Ashley, Chelsea and great-uncle and friend of many.

Family suggests contributions be made in Tom’s memory to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society 23297 Commerce Park, Cleveland, 44122.

Funeral Service Friday October 30, 2009 at 11 AM at Highland Sixth Presbyterian Church 5632 Wilson Mills Rd. Burial following in Lake View Cemetery.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Tom at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) WEDNESDAY 6-9 PM and THURSDAY 2-4 and 6-9 PM.
