THOMAS S. SPISAK, age 72; born June 8, 1942 in Chicago, IL and died April 13, 2015 in Hambden where he lived since 1947; dear father of Gary (Lori) of TX and Gretchen; grandfather of Anderson, Justine and Joshua; son of the late Pauline (nee Snopel) and Andrew; brother of Elaine Dodge and Rosemarie Schack. U.S. Army Air Force Veteran. Retired from Avery-Dennison in Strongsville as a plate maker for printing presses. Tom enjoyed golf, following Chardon football games, baseball and traveling. Burial in Hambden Township Cemetery. Tom’s cousin, Fr. Stephen Spisak of St. Anselm will officiate Prayers of Christian Burial Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM at THE DEJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY OF CHARDON (formerly Ritondaro) 126 SOUTH ST. (Rt. 44, south of Rt. 6/Chardon Square) where family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Tom TUESDAY 11 AM UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE.
