THOMAS A. COZZENS, age 71. Beloved husband for 45 years of Mary Ann (nee Welsh); loving father of Thomas A. (wife Nancy), Patrick B. (wife Sara), Sean P. (wife Jinger) and Kathleen A.; devoted grandfather of Thomas (deceased), James, Claire, Evan, Caroline, Quinn and Ava; cherished son of the late Bernard and Florence (nee Gaye); dearest brother of Rev. Donald Cozzens, Maryellen Dombek (husband Daniel) and the late James P. Cozzens (wife Patricia); treasured son-in-law of Eileen (nee Novotny) and the late Peter Welsh; fond brother-in-law of Kathleen and Ken Stasun, Peter and Shirley Welsh, Patricia and Stan White, Maggie and Don Smith, Carol and John Ponikvar, Karen and Ian Lavery, Dennis and Debbie Welsh; dear uncle, great-uncle and friend of many. U.S. Navy Veteran. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Tom’s memory to the Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland, 12201 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 21, 2013 at St. Dominic Catholic Church at 11:00 AM. Burial following with Military Honors at Lake View Cemetery. The family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Tom at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) on SUNDAY from 2:00 to 4:00 and 5:00 and 7:00 PM.
