THERESA MARIE CENTRACKIO (nee DiFabio) age 99. Beloved wife of the late Angelo. Loving mother of the late Loretta Marie Griesmer. Devoted grandmother of Denis Michael, Anthony Vincent and the late Christopher Adam Griesmer. Cherished daughter of the late Louis and Irene (nee Fratangelo) DiFabio. Dearest sister of the late Joseph DiFabio. Treasured aunt of Mary Irene DiFabio Foote, Anita DiFabio Stiens, and Donna Louise DiFabio Hermann and Lisa Marie DiFabio Stitzlein.. Dear cousin of Caroline White. Mother-in-law of Denis Joseph Griesmer.

Theresa was a resident of Cleveland and attended Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. She previously worked as a part-time check processor at the Federal Reserve Bank and enjoyed jewelry making in her spare time. Theresa will be remembered for her optimism and ability to think the best of people.

A Mass in Theresa’s memory to celebrate her life will be SATURDAY, MAY 11, 2013 at 1:30 PM at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 12601 Shaker Blvd Cleveland, OH 44120. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Arrangements by DeJOHN FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATORY.
