Theresa Manocchio

THERESA A. MANOCCHIO (nee Pargoliti), age 74, beloved wife of the late Peter; loving mother of Nicholas and Mary Grace; treasured daughter of the late Fortunato and Grace (nee Caroscio) Pargoliti; dearest sister of James Pargoliti; cherished niece of James and Antoinette (nee Pargoliti) Malatesta; dear cousin and friend of many.

Theresa was born September 29, 1941 in Cleveland and passed away October 16, 2015 in Garfield Heights. She was most recently a resident of Lyndhurst and previously resided in the Little Italy area.  Theresa was very active in both churches she attended, Holy Rosary and St. Clare Catholic Churches.  She was involved in the St. Anthony Women’s Society, taught RCIA, attended Catholic Single Parents, Renewal at St. Clare, was a Eucharistic Minister at Holy Rosary and was very active at the Feast of the Assumption.  Theresa loved playing slots at casinos, cooking and baking, but got the most enjoyment from her family.  She was the matriarch of the family and will be remembered for her spirituality, strength, determination, outgoing nature and sense of humor.

Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday October 20, 2015 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.  Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Theresa at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) MONDAY 2-4 & 5-8  PM.
