Teresa Abood-Martin

TERESA ABOOD-MARTIN (nee Abood) age 67, beloved mother of Jacob; cherished daughter of the late Badih and Josephine (nee Nemer) Abood; dearest sister of Marie Abood and the late Alexander (wife Nancy, deceased) and Jeannette Abood and Marcelle Hughes (husband Robert); dear aunt. Teresa Abood-Martin was born January 21, 1953 in Cleveland, Ohio and passed away peacefully November 29, 2020. She was a resident of Parma and prior to that University Heights. Teresa was a member of St. Maron Catholic Church and belonged to the Immaculate Conception Sodality. She graduated from Regina High School in 1971 and received her bachelor’s from John Carroll University in 1992. Teresa worked as a Credit Analyst at Tremco. She was an avid reader and loved to listen to music from the 60’s and 70’s. Teresa will be remembered as outgoing, a straight shooter, hardworking and sarcastic. Most of all you knew where you stood with her because she was very direct. She will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 11 AM at St. Maron Catholic Church, 1245 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH. Burial following at Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Teresa at THE CHURCH THURSDAY MORNING 10 – 11 AM. Arrangements by THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID.
