STEFFIE JAREM (nee Prijatelj) age 81 of Concord. Beloved wife of the late Lojze; loving mother of Terri, Anthony (Karen) and Helen (Taras Szmagala) Jarem; cherished grandmother of Mallory, Nicole, Jillian and Gregory; dear sister of Mici Kocjan and eight deceased all of Slovenia.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday January 17, 2010 at St. Vitus Church. Interment All Souls Cemetery.
