Our dear Sister Mary Patricia (formerly Sister Mary Milan) (72) completed her earthly journey and went home to God on Monday, February 5, at 4:40 a.m. at the Cleveland Clinic, Avon. Sister had faced a number of health challenges in recent years. One of these was Multiple Myeloma, cancer of the blood, which became extremely aggressive in the short time prior to her hospitalization. Sister was the consummate educator, ministering as classroom teacher, administrator or tutor for almost fifty years. She loved teaching children, especially those in junior high! We continue to hold her sister, Sister Mary Jane, in our prayer. May Sister Mary Patricia rejoice in the embrace of our good and loving God for all eternity.

The wake will be on Sunday, February 11, from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Notre Dame Education Center, 13000 Auburn Road, Chardon, with the prayer service at 4:00 p.m., and on Monday from noon –12:45.
