Sr. Mary Jeanne Swindell, Snd

Our dear Sister Mary Jeanne went home to God at 6:20 on Friday, October 6.

We rejoice with her as she is welcomed into new life. Although small in stature, there was nothing small about the way Sister lived her religious life! She nourished the body and the spirit making a difference in the lives of others. May she know peace and joy for all eternity.

The wake will be on Tuesday, October 11, from 2-4 and 6-8 and on Wednesday, October 12, from 9-10:45. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.

The arrangements for Sr. Mary Jeanne have been planned according to her specific directives, which we honor. These are: 1) cremation after the Funeral Mass with burial at a later date; 2) the body present for visitation on Tuesday and Wednesday before Mass; 3) no prayer/wake service or eulogy.
