SR. MARY JANE, SND (Alice Marie Rohr) 89. Beloved daughter of the late Edward and Matilda (nee Reichlin) Rohr and sister of deceased Edward, Jr. Loving sister of Jerome (Catherine), beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews, dear friend of many and sister to the congregation of the Sisters of Notre Dame with whom she shared her life for 70 years.

Our loving God welcomed Sister Mary Jane home to heaven Monday evening, July 18, at 10:45 p.m. Although she was interacting with others to some extent, she became less responsive during the early evening and then entered quietly and peacefully into eternal life. Since second grade, Sister knew she would become a Sister of Notre Dame—just like those who lived across the street from her at St. Michael School, Cleveland!  May Sister Mary Jane know the embrace of our good God.

The wake will be on Monday, July 25, from 2-4 and 7-9 with the prayer service at 7:00 and on Tuesday, July 26, from 9:00-10:15 at Notre Dame Education Center, 13000 Auburn Road, Chardon, Ohio. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Notre Dame, followed by the burial and dinner.
