Beloved daughter of the late Wilbert and Mary (nee Ebenschweller) Bates and sister of Charles, Robert (Betty, deceased), James (Dorothy, deceased), Alice Bachraty (Joseph). Loving sister of Joanne Hendrix (Lee, deceased); cherished aunt; dear cousin and friend of many; sister to the congregation of the Sisters of Notre Dame with whom she shared her life for 68 years. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 9, at Notre Dame Education Center, 13000 Auburn Road, Chardon, OH.
