Our dear Sister Mary Annfrancis went home to God very peacefully on Friday, October 25, at 10:15 a.m. Sr. Angela M. Salazar was with her, playing a Mary song on the harp. Sister was known for her keen wit, welcoming spirit and kindness toward all. Whether writing lesson plans, balancing the books, writing thank you notes, or sorting the “stuff” which held treasured memories, she was meticulous and conscientious. We are grateful for her life of prayer and service especially to her sisters in community.
The wake will be on Wednesday, October 30, from 2–4 and 7–8:30, with a prayer service at 7:00, and on Thursday from 9–9:45. The Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday at 10:00 followed by the burial and dinner.
May Sister Mary Annfrancis delight in the presence of our loving God.
