SHERYL A. WENSTRUP-BUSH (nee Salcer) age 70, beloved wife for 34 years of Richard; loving mother of John (wife Alexis) and Jayson (wife Janelle) Wenstrup and step-mother of Craig (wife Jennifer) and Virginia Bush; devoted grandmother of Brandon, Elisabeth, Connor, Andrew, Charlie, Abigail, William and Lila; cherished daughter of Roland Salcer and the late Shirley (nee Ziegler) Brezina (husband Walter, deceased); dearest sister of Rick Salcer (wife JoAnn), Alice Benjock (husband Tom), and the late Sharleen Russo (husband John, deceased), Little Ronnie and Kathleen Salcer; dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt and friend of many; survived by her feline companion Smokey.

Sheryl A. Wenstrup-Bush was born on May 20, 1949 in Cleveland, OH and passed away December 7, 2019. She was a resident of Chesterland for 25 years and prior to that of Euclid. Sheryl graduated from Regina High School in 1967 and attended college to pursue a Criminal Justice degree. She was an education coordinator at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals System. Sheryl loved dogs, cats and horses (especially the old and infirm), was an avid writer of poetry, and was passionate about her antique business, Bramblebush Antiques. A lover of mysteries, Sheryl spent years researching the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Sheryl will be remembered as a loving, honest, loyal, and selfless woman who was strong-willed and determined. She was funny, social, outgoing and quick with a witty turn of phrase. Sheryl will be deeply missed by all whose lives she has touched.

Prayers of Christian Burial Monday, December 9, 2019 at 7:30 PM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Cremation following by DeJohn Crematory. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Sheryl at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.)  MONDAY 4-7:30 PM.
