Sarah A. Tranchito

SARAH A. TRANCHITO, age 90, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday February 6, 2011 with her family by her side. Beloved sister of Tony (wife Viola), Nick (deceased) (wife Lucille), Leo (wife Dorothy), Joseph (wife Barbara) of CA, Nat, Jr (deceased) and Carmen who was her caregiver. Dear auntie to many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews and dear friend to many. Sarah worked at Bailey Meter for 38 years and then Collinwood Nottingham Village until age 85. She enjoyed traveling to Weirton, WV for Thanksgiving. She was the first women in the Mayfield Hts Lions Club and most recently joined the Willoughby Hills Lions Club. In the end Sarah was one of our Lord’s volunteers in life, a cross not to heavy to carry. She will always be lovingly remembered.

Contributions may be made in Sarah’s memory to Senior Independence Hospice or any other hospice of choice.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, February 14, 2011 at 11 AM at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church 15712 Kipling Ave, Cleveland, OH 44110. Interment will be private at Calvary Cemetery.

Family will receive friends following the Mass at Redeemer on the Avenue 15901 St Clair Ave.
