Sandy Tonni Tranchito

SANDY TONNI TRANCHITO age 74, was born on April 24, 1949, in Cleveland, OH and passed away on August 28, 2023.

She is survived by her daughter Sabrina (Robert) Bowens; treasured grandchildren, Sienna Noelle and Leo Vincent; spouse Carmen Tranchito and dear family members.

Sandy is preceded in death by her beloved parents Oreste and Willamena (nee Veneri) Tonni; brother Louis Vincent Tonni; granddaughter Celeste Seraphina Bowens.

Sandy was simply amazing. Anyone who met her immediately fell for her natural charms and humor. She was selfless, passionate, unique, and wise. She enjoyed traveling, especially her time in Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Motherhood and spending time with her grandchildren was her true joy. She cared deeply for others – and that love came right back to her, serving her through many trying times – never letting her lose her spark.

Donations may be made in her name to Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.

Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Sandy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 5-7 PM.

Family and friends are requested to meet for a Mass of Christian Burial Friday, September 1, 2023, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 15712 Kipling Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44110, at 10 AM.
