SAMUEL “SAMMY” SMUK age 5,  cherished son of  Frank and Morgan (nee McKenrick); dearest brother of Oliver, Pavlina, and Sofija; cherished grandson of Patrick and Ellen (nee Buck) McKenrick, and Theresa and the late Anton Smuk; dear nephew, cousin, and friend of many.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Sammy to Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities, 9772 Diagonal Rd., Mantua, OH 44255.

Relatives and friends are requested to meet for the Mass of Christian Burial Friday, August 13, 2021 at 10 AM at St. Bede The Venerable Church 9114 Lakeshore Blvd., Mentor, OH 44060. Burial will take place at a later date at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Sammy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91)  THURSDAY, August 12, 2021, 3-7 PM.
