Jr. (Mary Ann Chulick), Brian P. and Mary Clare; devoted grandfather of Joseph P.; cherished son of the late Charles Seminatore and Rose (nee Frangiamore); dearest brother of Frances J. (husband Joseph deceased) and the late Nancy; dear nephew, cousin, uncle and friend of many. U.S. Air Force Veteran.
