Ryan Fabig Schubert

Ryan Fabig Schubert, age 25, passed away September 12, 2014 in Painesville. He was born December 23, 1988 in Lexington, KY.

Ryan was a resident of Mentor until he moved to Painesville about a year ago. A graduate of Mentor High School, he worked as a pipe manufacturer at Stam, Inc. He was an avid fish tank lover, Cleveland Browns and Cavaliers fan. He enjoyed listening to current pop and rap music, hanging out with his friends and spending time with his brother. Ryan was well loved and he will be fondly remembered as a caring and loving young man who had a big heart and great sense of humor.

He is survived by his father Wesley Schubert (wife Jill) and mother Suzanne Fabig (Russ Pederson); brother Adam and sisters Amy and Abbie. He was the cherished nephew of Diane Fabig and Douglas Roosa and David and Cindy Fabig; and a dear cousin and friend of many.

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions may be made in Ryan’s memory to Lantern Recovery Center, 12160 Triskett Rd., Cleveland 44111.

Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Ryan at the DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills, 28890 Chardon Road (between Bishop Road & Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 5-8 PM.
