Rosemary Kelly

ROSEMARY C. KELLY (nee Crotty), age 89, beloved wife of the late Leo P.; cherished daughter of the late Paul and Marie (nee McDermott) Crotty; treasured sister of Marie “Babe” Passalaqua (husband Thomas) and the late William Crotty (wife Irma, deceased), Geraldine Haywood (husband Thomas, deceased), James Crotty (wife Joan), Eugene Crotty, and Robert Crotty (wife Connie); dear aunt, great-aunt and great-great-aunt of many.

Rosemary was born on January 23, 1926 in Cleveland and passed away on November 6, 2015. She was a resident of Cleveland Heights for over 60 years, formerly of Cleveland. Rosemary was a faithful parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church and St. Philomena Catholic Church. She graduated from Ursuline Academy of the Sacred Heart High School. Rosemary was a secretary with University Hospitals. She loved cooking, especially her pork chops and enjoyed bowling. Rosemary enjoyed being the matriarch of the family. She will be remembered most as a strong-willed, determined, giving and generous woman. Rosemary was a devout Catholic, a great lady, wonderful aunt and sister to her family.

Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Communion of Saints Parish at St. Ann Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Rosemary at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) TUESDAY 2-5 & 6-8 PM.
