Rose T. Nemer

ROSE T. NEMER age 95, beloved wife of the late Norman G. Sr; loving mother of Norman G. Jr. (wife Rose, deceased), twins Doris A. Nemer and Diane M. Maroun (husband Nabil), Mitchel D. (deceased) and Charles A. (wife Donna); devoted grandmother of Christina Koehler (husband Timothy), David Maroun (wife Emily), Daniel Maroun, Sarah, Anthony and Katherine Nemer and Sean Sindelar (wife Carla) and great-grandmother of 6; cherished daughter of  the late Deeb “Dave” and Edna (nee Ghia) Nemer; dearest sister of the late Albert Nemer (wife Margaret, deceased) and the late William Nemer (wife Lura); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Rose was born on August 11, 1924 in Highland Park, Michigan and passed away on August 6, 2020. She was a resident of Cleveland since 1956, formerly residing in Virginia. Rose graduated from High School in Virginia and worked as a receptionist in radiology at the Cleveland Clinic. She was a member of St. Maron Church and Immaculate Conception Sodality (ICS). Rose loved reading the Cleveland Plain Dealer, especially the comics. She will be remembered most as a well-loved, quiet, strong, social and sweet woman who had a sense of humor. Devoted to her family, faith and friends, Rose never spoke bad about anyone and had a positive attitude. She will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, August 10, 2020 at St. Maron Catholic Church 1245 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115 at 11 AM. MASKS ARE MANDATORY. Burial following at Holy Cross. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Rose at THE CHURCH MONDAY MORNING 9:45-10:45AM. Arrangements by THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID.
