Rose Cordas

ROSE M. CORDAS (nee Layko), age 99; beloved wife of the late Albert; loving mother of Alan (wife Maryann); devoted grandmother of Toni, Kimberly and James; preceded in death by 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

Rose was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish (St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church) since 1950. She was an excellent baker and loved arts and crafts. She was a very intelligent, independent, hardworking woman who had an impeccable memory. Rose was a cafeteria cashier at Charles F. Brush High School, retiring in 1976 after 20 years.
