Roberta J. "Bobbie" Egensperger

ROBERTA J. "BOBBIE" EGENSPERGER (nee Korach) age 90, beloved mother of Alan (wife Valerie), Susan Shuttleworth (partner Jennifer), Scot, Thomas and Richard (wife Mary); devoted grandmother of Charlie (fiancé Tia Santee), Lauren, Carli and Lyndsey Egensperger and soon-to-be great-grandmother; cherished daughter of the late Anton and Mary (nee Cook) Korach; former wife of the late Robert Egensperger; and loving companion of the late Richard “Bebe” Genovese.

Roberta was born on August 3, 1933 in Cleveland and grew up in the Strongsville area. She graduated in 1951 from Jane Adams High School and later attended Lake Erie College. Being a social and giving person with a sense of humor, Roberta excelled as a caterer/waitress at the Mayfield Country Club.  Always wanting to help, she took great pleasure in volunteering for the Lake Metro Parks.  In her free time, she could be found tending to her gardens or playing with her pets. Above all, she was highly devoted to her family.  Roberta passed away on March 6, 2024 and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

CREMATION BY DEJOHN CREMATORY. Prayers of Christian Burial Monday, March 11, 2024 at 1:00 PM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial at a later date.
