ROBERT E. SABOL age 86, beloved husband of the late Betty (nee Sroka); loving father of Linda Miller, Ronald, and Karen; devoted grandfather of Kristen Miller, Kyle Sabol, Kelly Miller, Hailey Sabol and great-grandfather of Oliver Robert Sabol; cherished son of the late Emil and Helen (nee Kasterko); dearest brother of the late Betty Evans; dear uncle and great-uncle of many. U.S. Army Korean Conflict Veteran.
Bob was born on May 21, 1931 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and passed away on August 28, 2017. He was a resident of Richmond Heights since 1963, formerly of Pennsylvania. Bob was a member of St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church. He graduated from high school in Pennsylvania and worked as an inspector for Lincoln Electric. Bob loved working on cars and was an antique car collector. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and any outdoor activity. Bob was a major Steelers and Pirates fan. He will be remembered most as a kind-hearted, hardworking, very handy, and funny man who was good with his hands. Bob will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, September 2, 2017 at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Burial following with Military Honors at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bob at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 4-8 PM.
