Robert Garris

ROBERT M. GARRIS, age 57; beloved husband for 31 years of Jennifer (nee Medsker); loving father of Carolyn A. Miller (husband Bret), Robert F. (wife Vivien) and Eric S.; devoted grandfather of Robby Elvis; cherished son of Norbert P. and Rhita C. (nee Widlak); dearest brother of twins Paul (wife Maureen) and Phillip, Donna, Gregory and Christopher; dear uncle and friend of many.

Bob was a resident of Willoughby Hills since his move from Wickliffe in 1997. A member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church for 30 years, he was also active in CYO Basketball, the parish festival and the Knights of Columbus Wickliffe Council #5404. He graduated from Bedford High School and eventually became the owner/operator of a lawn fertilization company. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, watching Cleveland sports and listening to Elvis Presley. He was an avid Buckeye fan. His family gave him more pleasure than anything else and they will remember him as a people person with a good sense of humor.

Mass of Christian Burial Monday, December 16, 2013 at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Catholic Church (Wickliffe) at 9:30 AM. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bob at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) SUNDAY 1-5 PM.
