ROBERT BRUCE FINNIE, aged 53 years, dearly beloved husband for 12 years to Janelle (nee Butcher), loving and proud dad of Jacob “Jake” (age 11), devoted son of the late James and Marilyn (nee Mayer), cherished brother of Carolyn Jasin (Alvidas), fond uncle of Daniel and David Jasin, treasured son-in-law to Gene and Carol (nee Hisey) Butcher, survived by “the three best friends anyone could have” – Neil Haffey, Brian Jackson and Sean Marrie, also survived by his canine companion Isabella “Izzy” and preceded by his canine Josie Wales. Relatives and friends are requested to meet for the Funeral Liturgy Thursday, Oct. 19, 2017 at St. Bartholomew Episcopal Church at 11 AM. Interment Knollwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Rob at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON RD. (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 2-4 AND 6-8 PM.
