Robert Calvert

ROBERT L. CALVERT age 86, beloved husband of the late Verna; loving father of Robert (wife Debbie); devoted grandfather of Clay and Cody. U.S. Army/Coast Guard Veteran. Served for 16 years as an East Cleveland Police Department patrolman and retired after 20 years as an executive chauffeur for General Electric. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Robert’s memory to BGMC (Boys and Girls Missionary Challenge); Emerge Counseling Services or to Plus-Or-Minus 60 Club (Denny and Marge Hazen Ministries). Private burial at Knollwood Cemetery.  Celebration of Life Service in memory of Bob will take place Thursday September 1, 2016 at Chester Christian Center 11815 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026 at 6 PM. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Bob at THE CHURCH THURSDAY 5-6 PM. Reception will follow immediately after the service.
