ROBERT LEIGHTON BROWN, aged 68 years, dearly beloved husband of Linda (nee Collingridge), dear father of Lisa Hercula (husband Scott), Christine Jamieson (husband Matthew), Robert L. Jr. (Christina) and James (Tammy), loving grandfather of many, fond brother of James (deceased) and Beverly Toomey (husband David), cherished uncle and great-uncle. United States Air Force Veteran.

Bob was born on Jan. 13, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio. He had been a resident of Cleveland Heights since 1976. He was Catholic, by faith, and had graduated from St. Joseph High School and attended Tri-C College. He was an electrician by trade, and worked for 40 years with First Energy. He enjoyed the game of golf, and listened to old rock music. His greatest enjoyment in life was his family and friends. He looked forward to every holiday and the traditions and parties that went with them. His family remembers him as a loving husband, father and grandfather, and the guy who was known to frequently say, “ Hey, sit down and have a beer!!”.

Funeral service with military honors will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the funeral home at 3:00 PM. The family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Bob at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just East of Green Rd.) on SATURDAY 12 NOON UNTIL TIME OF SERVICES.
