Raymond F. Kutnar

RAYMOND F. KUTNAR age 91, beloved husband of Teresa (Terri) (nee Ducey), and the late Sara and Anna Marie; loving father of Raymond F. and Stephen (wife Christa) and Step-Father of Lynda Kiner (husband Loren) and Kenneth G. Kramp (wife Nancy); dear grandfather and great-grandfather; preceded in death by one sister. U.S. Navy Veteran.

Raymond was born on December 5, 1926 in Cleveland and passed away on September 11, 2018.  He was a resident of Mayfield Heights for 48 years.  Ray was a member of St. Francis of Assisi for 48 years where he was a Eucharistic Minister and served on the Prayer and Healing Team.  He graduated from East High School and served in the U.S. Navy.  Ray was an expeditor for 30 Years.  After retirement he worked in maintenance for approximately 5 years at the McGregor Home.  He served in the Catholic Order of Foresters and at the Slovenian Lodge.  Ray had a rose garden with 28 varieties of roses.  He also ran a prayer group.  Working with the prayer team, helping the sick, and his participation at St. Francis gave him the most enjoyment in life.  Ray loved animal lovers.  He was the kindest and sweetest man.  Ray loved to talk to people and really cared about everyone.  He will be dearly missed.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, September 15, 2018 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following with Military Honors at All Souls Cemetery.
