Mass of Christian Burial for Poldi Bojc, 84, of Cleveland, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday January 27, 2015 at St. Casimir Parish 18022 Neff Rd. Cleveland followed by burial in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
Mrs. Bojc passed away January 22 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born in Polje, Slovenia and had been a resident of Cleveland for 65 years. She was the owner of “Your Beauty Salon” on E. 185th Street in Cleveland. Poldi was a member of Slovenska Pristava and the Pensioners Club, KSKJ #226 Christ the King Lodge, and the Euclid YMCA. She enjoyed cooking and baking Slovenian recipes, gardening, crocheting, knitting and casino bus trips with friends.
She is survived by her children Joseph (Diana), John (Janice) and Marjeta (Philip) Laughlin; grandchildren William Laughlin, Joe, Phillip (Taylor), Brad and Ashley Bojc and great-granddaughter Josie. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph and parents Ivan and Leopoldina Zitnik and brothers Dusan and Ivan.
Family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Monday at the Zevnik-Cosic Funeral Home 28890 Chardon Rd. Willoughby Hills.
