PHYLLIS M. CAMPANA (nee Raison), age 92; beloved wife for 70 years of Clifford; loving mother of David (wife Mary Jane), Sherry (Schneeberger) Beyer (husband Thomas) and the late baby Richard; fond mother-in-law of the late James Schneeberger; devoted grandmother of Jennifer Hanna (Greg), Elizabeth Kramer (Ted), Katie Schneeberger, Michael Beyer, Kris Dieringer (Thor), Joseph (Marissa) and Patrick Beyer, and great-grandmother of 6; cherished sister of Peter Raison of England and the late Mary Booth and Roger Raison; dear aunt and great-aunt of many.
Phyllis was born on July 30, 1923 in South Petherton, England and passed away on December 13, 2015. She was a resident of South Euclid for 59 years previously of Cleveland. Phyllis was a WWII Royal Air Force Veteran in England where she met her husband while he was serving in the U.S. Army during WWII. She was a member of the VFW Lyndhurst Woman Auxiliary. Phyllis was a member of Lyndhurst Presbyterian Church where she made blankets for her church community. She graduated from High School in England and worked as a caterer for Hough Bakery and Sherwins. Phyllis loved knitting, camping, cooking and Bible study. She enjoyed listening to Tom Jones and Stevie Wonder. Phyllis will be remembered most as a witty, patient, kind, gracious, loving and humble woman.

Celebration of Life Service Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 11 AM at the FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at Lake View Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Phyllis at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) WEDNESDAY 4-8 PM.
