PEARL M. VIENNA (nee Madda) age 81; passed away on Monday December 29, 2014 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Angelo; loving mother of Charles (wife Pamela), Karen DiBenedetto (husband David), Dianne Pallaise (husband Terry) and Sheri Valentino (husband Daniel); devoted grandmother of Danielle Shellito (Brian), Vanessa Braun (Larry), David DiBenedetto, Jr, Michael DiBenedetto (Ashley), Chelsea Neumore, William Snyder, Mary Valentino (deceased), Marissa Valentino, Nicolas Snyder, Ashley Valentino, Taylor Valentino, Heather Byrne (Nicholas), Kimberly Rea (Jeffrey), Erin Bramhall (Josh), Amy Holpuch (James), Lauren Pallaise and great-grandmother of Natalie, Sydney, David, Christian, Angelina, Bentley, Finley, Kaitlyn, James, Vincent, and Evan; cherished daughter of the late Phillip and Carmella (nee Leonti) Madda; dearest sister of Gloria Yohman (husband Bernard); special aunt to Carmella Calta and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pearl worked and managed Paint and Pattern Wallpaper Store for 23 years. After retiring, she continued to work part time in a beauty salon and at Cracker Barrel Restaurant where she enjoyed being around people. She loved baking her famous biscotti cookies and passing down her favorite traditional recipes to her children and grandchildren. She was most passionate about the Love for her Family.

Pearl will be remembered as the kindest, loving, and most generous woman who was friends with everyone. When Pearl wasn’t baking for her family she enjoyed sewing, macrameing, playing cards, bowling and golfing. Pearl will be remembered most fondly for “not being able to hear you unless she had her glasses on”.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, January 3, 2015, at St. Paschal Baylon Catholic Church at 10 AM. Burial following at Knollwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Pearl at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 1-4 and 5-8 PM.
