Paul J. Boris

PAUL J. BORIS age 84, beloved husband of Patricia (nee Vatty) for 41 years; cherished son of the late John and Rose (nee Halenar); dearest brother of Jeanne Charvat, the late Catherine, John, Tom, and Frank, and the late brother-in-law of Joe (wife Dolores, deceased) Vatty Jr.; dear uncle and great-uncle of many.

Paul passed away on November 17, 2018. He was born on November 1, 1934 in Cleveland, OH and remained a lifelong resident of the area. Paul was an intelligent and humble man. He graduated Valedictorian of Thomas Edison High School, and upon graduation served proudly in the United States Army. He was also an extremely hardworking man, having worked for both Conrail Railroad as a mechanic and The Chilcote Company doing maintenance work. However, in his spare time, which was not much, he enjoyed doing projects around the house like building a deck and yard work. With his wife Patricia, Paul loved golfing and going to Myrtle Beach every year, for the past 20 years. He also loved to draw, mainly cartoon characters, and decorate for Christmas. Paul was quiet and soft spoken yet had a sense of humor that kept you laughing until you cried. A gentle man, he will be dearly missed.
