Paul Collister

PAUL E. COLLISTER age 58, beloved husband for 30 years of Kimberly (nee Specht); loving father of Paul E. Jr., Patrick and Paige; devoted grandfather of Leo; cherished son of Charles and Miriam (nee Haueisen); dearest brother of David (wife Judy), Jane, Lisa and Mark; treasured brother-in-law of Kathy and Tim Leciejewski, Karen and Phil Zannella and Karla and Ottaviano Rosada; dear uncle and great-uncle of many. U.S. Army Veteran.

Paul was born on June 15, 1959 and passed away on June 25, 2017. He was a 17-year resident of Newbury previously of Highland Heights. Paul graduated from Cleveland Heights High School in 1978 and earned an Associate’s degree. Paul worked as Vice President for Ohio Addressing Machine Company for 30 years. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, farming, cutting the grass, Cleveland sports, and caring for his animals. Paul’s favorite music was rock including, Brit Floyd, Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin. He loved spending time with his family. Paul was very social, friendly, funny, giving, generous and full of life. He will be dearly missed.

Burial following with Military Honors at Knollwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Paul at THE DeJOHN FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATIONS CENTER OF CHESTERLAND 12811 CHILLICOTHE ROAD (Rt. 306, just south of Mayfield Rd.) FRIDAY 4-8 PM. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory.
