Patricia Lou Hess

PATRICIA LOU HESS (nee Chambers) age 88, beloved wife for 53 years of the late Robert Sr.; loving mother of Robert Jr (wife Ivia), Ron (wife Janet), Valerie Nousak (husband Matt); devoted grandmother of Ron Jr (wife Ellie), Jason (wife Jackie), Garrett (wife Ashley), Tyler (fiancé Emily Sheridan), Christine, Robert III, Jessica, Jharrison (deceased), Thomas Hess, Matthew, Michael, Noelle, Samantha and Julie Nousak and great-grandmother of Cayden, Alex, Owen, Jharrison Jr, Jamie, Julianna, Clare, Kyle, Ryan, Sean, Simon, Ronnie III, Gavin, Nolan, Harper and Scarlett; cherished daughter of the late Earl and June (nee Wardell) Chambers; dearest sister of Harry Chambers (wife Christine); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Born to Earl and June Chambers on May 1, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio, Patricia was raised in the Cleveland area and graduated from Shaw High School in 1954. She married Robert and together they raised three strong children – Rob Jr, Ron and Valerie. This hard-working wife, mother and businesswoman, together with her late husband, became the co-founders of the Physicians Ambulance company in 1958. She was also a long-time member of St. Paschal Baylon Church, where she served as a eucharistic minister. Patricia passed away on March 11, 2025, leaving her family to miss her loving and supportive ways.

Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, March 15, 2025 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6850 Mayfield Road, Gates Mills, OH at 10AM. Burial following at Lake View Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Patricia at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) FRIDAY 3-7PM.
