Patricia Grisdale

PATRICIA M. GRISDALE (nee Gray) age 73, beloved wife for 54 years of Robert K.; loving mother of Marian Grisdale (husband Alan Grandy), Christine Dixon (husband Michael), Robert Jr. (wife Laura), and John (wife Mary); devoted grandmother of Kathryn Boehnlein (husband James), Robert, Elizabeth Dixon, Chirstyn, Samantha Dixon, Daniel, Julie, and Sarah Grisdale and great-grandmother of Sylvia, James, and Madeline Boehnlein; cherished daughter of the late George and Thelma (nee Shankey) Gray; dearest sister of Gerald Gray (wife Lynne) and the late John Gray; fond sister-in-law of George “Bill” Grisdale, III (wife Patricia); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Pat was born on June 10, 1942 in Cleveland, OH and passed away March 30, 2016. She graduated from Willoughby South High School in 1961 and worked as an Administrative Assistant for St. Noel Catholic Church. Pat had been a member of St. Noel since 1980, previously attending Immaculate Conception. She was in the church choir and was a PSR Instructor at St. Noel, was an avid reader and enjoyed cutting the grass. Pat loved her kids and grandkids and always spoke kindly about everyone. She had a great sense of humor, was easy going and will be greatly missed.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Pat’s memory to Hospice of the Western Reserve 17876 St Clair Ave Cleveland, OH 44110. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday April 5, 2016 at St. Noel Catholic Church 35200 Chardon Road, Willoughby Hills, OH 44094 at 10 AM. Burial will take place at a later date at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Pat at THE CHURCH NARTHEX TUESDAY MORNING 9-10 AM. Arrangements by THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS.
