Patricia Gabrenya

PATRICIA ANN GABRENYA (nee Durbin) age 95, beloved wife of the late Edward C., Jr. ; loving mother of Edward C., III, Kathryn A. Chubb, Jean M. Gabrenya, Paul J., Mary T. Meyers (husband Duane, deceased), and Nancy A. Gabrenya (fiancé Rick Bumgartner); devoted grandmother of Jon Paul Gabrenya, Malori Nortz (husband Andrew), Kristyn Meyers, and Kourtney Meyers, and great-grandmother of Jaxon, Riley, and Julian; cherished daughter of the late Ralph A. and Gertrude M. (nee Zimmerman) Durbin; dearest sister of Jacquelyn Glavic, Kathleen Jirousek (husband Robert, deceased), Charles Durbin (wife Madelyn), and the late Robert Durbin (wife Faith); dear aunt and great-aunt of many.

Patricia was born in Cleveland on June 10, 1925 and passed peacefully on October 12, 2020. She was an 80 year resident of Euclid, and prior to that, she lived in Cleveland.  Patricia was a 1943 graduate of Villa Angela High School, and attended Ursuline College.  She was an avid reader, loved to knit, sew, and create arts and crafts. She was an Indians and Browns fan.  Patricia was a great mom and homemaker, with a wonderful sense of humor, and was devoted to her family.  She will be dearly missed.
