Nancy E. Sustar

NANCY E. SUSTAR (nee Wood) age 78, beloved wife of the late Frank Sr; loving mother of Julie Cales (Kelly Derrick), Frank Jr (wife Christine) and Thomas (wife Jill); devoted grandmother of Jena, Jessica, and Joseph Cales and Braden Sustar; cherished daughter of the late Thorton and Olive (nee Reese) Wood; dearest sister in law, aunt and great-aunt of many.

Nancy was born on January 2, 1940 and passed away on November 23, 2018. She was a resident of Euclid for 78 years and a parishioner of St. Christine Catholic Church and S.s Robert and Williams Catholic Church where she participated in Bingo and Fundraising. Nancy graduated from Euclid High School in 1958 and proudly worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Frank’s Wholesale. She was also a proud homemaker. Nancy greatly enjoyed playing the slot machines in her free time and was an avid Cleveland Indians and Cavs fan. She also liked listening to Neil Diamond. Nancy was strong willed, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was selfless, giving, funny, and witty. Nancy will be dearly missed by all.

Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 10AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Nancy at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF WILLOUGHBY HILLS, 28890 CHARDON ROAD (between Bishop Rd. and Rt. 91) WEDNESDAY 4-8PM.
