Michael Retino Iii

MICHAEL A. RETINO III age 61, beloved husband of Caroline “Carrie” (nee Keenan); loving father of Elizabeth; cherished son of Michael A. and Violet (nee Vaccariello); dearest brother of John A. (wife Angela, nee Salupo); dear nephew, cousin, brother-in-law and friend of many.

Michael was born on March 25, 1955 and passed away on September 2, 2016. He was a 25 year resident of Lyndhurst, and grew up in Mayfield Heights. Michael graduated from Mayfield High School in 1974. He went on to work as a laborer in construction and was a member of the Laborers Local #860. Michael was a saltwater fish enthusiast, he enjoyed drag racing, landscaping and was a fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Indians. His favorite music included Genesis, Phil Collins, and Chicago. He would best be described as caring, loving, giving, and strong willed. He was outgoing with a sense of humor and never complained. Michael was a wonderful husband and father and will be dearly missed.

Celebration of Life Service Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 11 AM at THE FUNERAL HOME. Burial following at Knollwood Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Michael at THE DeJOHN-FLYNN-MYLOTT FUNERAL HOME OF SOUTH EUCLID, 4600 MAYFIELD RD. (just east of Green Rd.) Wednesday 4-7 PM.
