MARY FRANCES (nee PRUDIC) RARICK

Mass of Christian Burial for Mary Frances Rarick, 73, will be on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 11:30 AM at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 16550 Rock Creek Road, Thompson. Burial following at All Souls Cemetery.

Mrs. Rarick died on Monday at her home surrounded by her family. She was a resident of Thompson for the past 20 years, previously residing in Leroy.

Mary worked as a nurse at Heather Hill Nursing Home until her retirement in 2005. She was a member of St. Patrick Church. Mary enjoyed playing the slots and traveling, especially to Sugar Creek. She especially loved spending time with her family. Mary will be remembered for her helpful and caring nature.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years James A.; children Ronald Lukehart (wife Anna Marie), Frank Lukehart (wife Christine) and Michael Coates; step-children Douglas Rarick (wife Heather) and Amy Lynn Tressler (husband Dave); grandchildren Marissa, Aaron, Nicholas, Nathan, Sydney and Alexandra; sister Diane Buchan (husband Claude); canine companions Holly and Casey. Mrs. Rarick was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Reta (nee Gridley) Prudic.
