Mary Pike

A Mass of Christian Burial for Mary T. (Blasko) Pike, 98, will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011 at 10:00 AM at The Church of St. Mary, 401 North Street, Chardon, OH. Mrs. Pike died on Saturday at Burton Health Care where she has been in residence. Born in West Virginia, she previously lived in Collinwood and Mentor.

Mary worked as an Inspector at Pike Machine Products, a company her late husband Louis founded. She enjoyed sewing and playing Pinochle with her Club. She was a Past President of the PTA for the Cleveland Schools and was a member of the American Businesswomen’s Association.

She is survived by her children Louis (Barbara) Pike of Moreland Hills, Mary Goebel (Howard) of Mentor, Laura (Chuck) St. James of Chardon, 6 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband Louis and sister Pauline.

Family and friends will meet at the Church at 9:45 AM on Tuesday prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in All Souls Cemetery in Chardon Twp. Arrangements by Ritondaro Funeral Service & DeJohn-Flynn-Mylott Funeral Home of Willoughby Hills.
