Mary Ann Knerr

MARY ANN KNERR (nee Svigel) age 84, beloved wife for 62 years of the late Richard N.; loving mother of Bryan (wife Joan) and Laurie Knerr; devoted grandmother of Dustin and Shannon; cherished daughter of the late Rudolph and Anna (nee Koshel) Svigel; dearest sister of Rudolph Svigel (wife Sue) and the late Raymond (wife Josephine, deceased).

Mary Ann was born January 29, 1934 in Cleveland and passed away on December 26, 2018. She was a resident of Highland Heights for over 50 years.  Mary Ann was a parishioner of St. Paschal Baylon and a member of the Euclid Campers Club.  She graduated from Villa St. Angela High School and was a homemaker.  Mary Ann loved spending time with family, and enjoyed camping, crafts, bowling, traveling, and was a NASCAR fanatic.  She was outgoing and very social.  Mary Ann will be missed dearly.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Mary Ann to Hospice of the Western Reserve, PO Box 72101, Cleveland, OH 44192. Cremation by DeJohn Crematory. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at St. Pascal Baylon Catholic Church, 5384 Wilson Mills Rd. in Highland Heights at 10 AM. Private Burial at All Souls Cemetery. Family will receive friends to pay tribute to and celebrate the life of Mary Ann at THE CHURCH WEDNESDAY MORNING 9:30 – 10 AM.
